Unicorn Darts Youth Academy
With only 4 weeks of Academy competitions left things are beginning to hot up. Jake Urwin, Jamie Gentleman and Gavin Howard had an excellent week in the men’s B&C singles while Christine Pike and Mel Oakley excelled in the ladies singles. In the junior mixed pairs event top pair of the week were Connor Samways and Chloe Baird who remained unbeaten after five matches.
13 year olds Luke Goddard hit another 180 and Craig Pike averaged 76 a throw in his fastest leg while Sean White averaged over 26 per dart in his 5 wins.
Congratulations to Mel Oakley who raised £1500 for Cerebellar Ataxia last Saturday at the Entertainer. Mel would like to thank everyone involved for helping make it such a successful day.
