Last Saturday Unicorn Global member Michael Rosenauer won the 4th GDC ranking tournament with an amazing performance. He won three of the five ranking tournaments...
In the semi final he beat Austrian´s Anton Pein - winner of the PDC World championship wildcard last December - with 3-1! In the final he met the current GDC no. 1 and old rival Mensur Suljovic - also from Austria. In an outstanding final Michael won 3-2(Best of 3 legs / Best of 5 sets) with an unbelievable display of his great talent.
Due to his victory he´s now the no. 2 of the GDC only seven points behind Mensur Suljovic who one the other two GDC ranking tournaments. There are some tournaments to go but in this form both players are a "must have" for Alexandra Palace!
In the final both players played an 95+ average and on his way to the final Michael showed some first class high-finishes including a 170 check-out!
